There are many ways for circuit board manufacturers to identify IC marks and pin sequences. Now, let's review the identification methods of several marks and pin sequences with the editor of Shenzhen Zhongke circuit board manufacturer:
1. IC notch mark: The arc notch is located at one end of the integrated circuit. The circuit board manufacturer can identify the pin arrangement order by looking at the model marked on the integrated block shell. The first pin from the left below the arc notch is the first pin of the integrated circuit, and the second, third, and fourth pins are in turn in a counterclockwise direction.
2. Dots are used for identification: circular pits, small circles, color stripe marks, dual in-line and single in-line integrated circuits. This kind of identification mark is often used for circuit board manufacturer identification, and the pin identification mark and model of this integrated circuit are marked on the same plane of the housing. Its pins are arranged in the order that the first pin from the left below the circular pit (or small circle, color bar) is the first pin of the integrated circuit when facing the model of the integrated block. For patch type integrated blocks, start from the first pin in a counterclockwise direction, followed by the second pin, the third pin, and the fourth pin.
3. Mark with words (the first pin on the left of the IC lower row is "1" when looking at the IC): There are also a few integrated circuits, and there are no various marks described above on the shell, but only the manufacturer of the circuit board identifies the model of the integrated circuit. For the identification of the serial number of the integrated circuit pin, the side printed with the model on the integrated circuit block should be facing up, facing the model, and the first pin on the lower left is the first pin position of the integrated circuit, Then count in a counterclockwise direction, the second leg, the third leg, and so on.
