First, open the PCB design drawing on the computer, light up the short -circuit network, and see where it is closer, it is easier to connect. Pay special attention to the short circuit inside the IC.
Second, if it is artificial welding, develop good habits:
1. Before welding, check the PCB board again, and check whether the key circuits (especially the power supply and land) are used in a multimeter;
2. After each welding, a chip is used to test whether the power and land are short -circuited with a multimeter;
3. Do not shake the soldering iron during welding. If you throw the welding to the welding of the chip (especially the table sticker), it is not easy to find.
Third, it is found that there is a short circuit. Take a plate to cut the wire (especially suitable for single/double -layer board), and the function blocks are powered on each part of the cut line to gradually exclude each part.
Fourth, use short -circuit positioning analysis instruments, such as:

Fifth, if there is a BGA chip, because all the solder joints are invisible by the chip, and it is a multi -layer board (more than 4 layers), it is better to divide the power supply of each chip when the design is designed. The resistance is connected, so that when the power supply and the ground are short circuit, disconnecting the magnetic bead detection, it is easy to locate a chip. Due to the difficulty of welding in BGA, if it is not automatic welding, it will shorter the two neighboring power and ground welding balls.
6. Small -sized table stickers must be careful when welding, especially the power filter capacitance (103 or 104). Of course, sometimes the luck is not good, and the capacitance itself is short -circuited. Therefore, a better way is to detect the capacitance before welding.
