Summary of inspection points in the later period of PCB board design

Time:2022-10-20 Visit:

There are many experienced engineers in the electronics industry. The PCB board designed often has various problems in the PCB board due to ignoring some inspections in the later stage of design. For example, the line width is not enough. It's too close, the signal appears ring, and so on. As a result, electrical problems or process problems are seriously re -made, causing waste. One of the more important steps of PCB board design is to check.

There are many details in the post -inspection of PCB board design:

    1. Component packaging

    (1) Packing spacing

If it is a new device, you must draw the component packaging yourself to ensure that the spacing is appropriate, and the pad distance directly affects the welding of the component.

    (2) Cross -hole size (if there is)

For plug -in devices, the amount of perforated should be kept enough. Generally, it is more appropriate to retain not less than 0.2mm.

    (3) Surface Seal

The contour seal of the device is relatively large as the actual size, ensuring that the device can be installed smoothly.

    2. PCB board layout

    (1) IC should not be close to the edge of the board.

    (2) The device of the same module circuit should be placed close to

For example, the decoupling capacitance should be close to the power foot of IC, and the device that forms the same function circuit should be placed in a area with a clear level to ensure the realization of the function.

    (3) The location of the socket is arranged according to the actual installation arrangement

The sockets are all directed to other modules. According to the actual structure, in order to install it, it is generally used to arrange the position of the socket, and it is generally close to the edge of the board.
