① Dielectric constant: DK needs to be small and stable. In general, DK signals transmit faster for smaller speeds and are inversely proportional to the square root of the substrate permittivity. The greater the DK permittivity, the easier it is to cause signal transmission delay.

② Medical loss: the smaller the DK signal transmission, the smaller the media loss and the smaller the signal loss.


③ Keep consistent with the thermal bulk coefficient of copper foil. Water absorption should be low, other heat resistance, other heat resistance, resistance, impact strength and peel strength must be well protected.


Generally, HF board is defined as above 1GHz. At present, most substrate materials used by HF board manufacturers are floupolone matrix, such as R4 substrate, which ranges from 1GHz to 1GHz to 1GHz to 10GHz. At present, there are mainly three high frequency PCB production in the market. Type: Epoxy, TMF and PPO resins. In terms of permittivity, water absorption and frequency characteristic teflon is the best choice. If the frequency of the product is indeed higher than 10GHz, it can only be met by Teflon.
