The surface of the circuit board shall not have defects, deformation, falling off, scratches, open circuits, short circuits, whitening oxidation, yellowing, unclean etching or excessive etching, and there shall be no stains, copper particles and other impurities on the board surface.

The ink coverage is uniform and glossy, and there should be no shedding, scratching, copper exposure, offset, loading and other phenomena.

The silk-screen printing symbols and letters are clear, and there are no defects such as omissions and blurring, reverse printing, and offset.

The carbon film must not have defects, offset printing, short circuit, open circuit, reverse printing and other phenomena.

The PCB bottom plate is formed, and there should be no leakage, offset, collapse, drape, plug hole, beer explosion, beer reverse, crushing and other phenomena.

Whether the edge of the PCB board is smooth, if it is a V-CUT process, you need to pay attention to whether the V-CUT groove causes a disconnection, whether the two sides are symmetrical, etc.
