1. pcb single panel

The pcb single panel is the most basic circuit board in the pcb industry. PCB veneers were widely used in various industries in the early days, but due to the high requirements of PCB veneer wiring, each line must have a separate path and cannot cross; for PCB boards with many wirings, the stability is not enough, and the performance is also lacking. Gradually develop towards two sides. Therefore, the utilization rate and production capacity of pcb veneers are also gradually decreasing; at present, pcb veneers are widely used in power supply boards.

2, pcb double panel

A pcb double-sided board is a board with double-sided wiring on the board. An important feature of the double-sided panel is that it has vias to connect the wires on both sides into a circuit. The traces of the double-sided board can be staggered, which is the biggest difference from the single-sided board; the double-sided board is more suitable for complex circuits and has a wider range of use. The cost of single-sided and double-sided panels is not much different. If there are no special requirements, various industries give priority to double-sided panels; after all, the performance and stability of double-sided panels are better than single-sided panels.

3, pcb multilayer board

The pcb multi-layer board is simply to use more single and double boards to alternate through insulating materials and positioning systems, and then interconnect the lines to form a multi-layer circuit board. The inner layer forms a four-layer board through a process, the design of the multi-layer board is more flexible, and the electrical performance is more stable and reliable. At present, the most used multi-layer boards in various industries are four-layer or six-layer boards, and the consumer electronics industry mostly uses advanced pcb boards. Although multi-layer boards have more advantages than double-sided boards in terms of performance, stability, noise, etc., more companies and engineers still prefer double-sided boards due to cost considerations.
