But with the lack of power, climate change and the uncertainty of various elements related to the car's electronics falter. Environmental protection and globalization have become two major trends in the development of automotive electronics. Under these two major trends, issues such as energy saving and emission reduction, power recovery, functional integration of related car products and cost control are involved. According to how to better adapt to the two major trends, Tan Shaolian believes that the following requirements should be met for PCB work.
First, regarding the current requirements, car electronic circuit boards can reach the level of 1.5A/cubic meter on the basis of existing technology, but with the application of thick copper technology on circuit boards and the future of embedding chips into circuit boards and options The possibility of sexual electroplating also has higher requirements for larger currents.
Second, with regard to voltage requirements, the development of automotive electronic functions requires a higher additional voltage to match the development of the overall demand to a certain extent. What the circuit board needs to consider is how to dissipate heat under such a large voltage. Therefore, in the future, the development of electronic circuit boards for automobiles should start from the materials of the circuit boards and actively respond to the needs of innovative development.
Third, under the technical requirements of forced component integration and multi-chip plan, there are also more and more miniaturization requirements for car electronic components. This requires that the circuit board work can continuously improve the technology that is limited to the circuit board to minimize the components, so as to meet the development needs of automobile electronics.
In addition, when it comes to the requirements for circuit board suppliers, Tan Shaolian believes that suppliers should understand the impact of the failure mechanism caused by interaction in the supply chain, plan to increase the load capacity of functional parts, and continue to adjust the PCB supply chain to Make an effort with zero mistakes.
