1. First of all, pay attention to the reasonable direction.
In PCB circuit board processing, the directions of various input/output, AC/DC, strong/weak signals, high frequency/low frequency, high voltage/low voltage, etc., should be linear (or separated) and must not be merged with each other; the purpose is to prevent interfere with each other. The best direction is a straight line, and the worst direction is a circle.
2. Pay attention to the grounding point and choose a good grounding point.
I don't know how many engineers and technologists have discussed this little place, which shows how important it is. In fact, due to various constraints, it is difficult to complete it completely, but it should be followed as best as possible.

3. Pay attention to the reasonable placement of power filter/decoupling capacitors.
Generally only a few power supply filter/decoupling capacitors are drawn in the schematic, but it is not indicated where they are connected. In fact, these capacitors are for switching devices or other components that require filtering/decoupling. These capacitors should be as close as possible to these parts.
4. The lines are exquisite, the diameter of the line is required, and it is buried. The through hole size is suitable.
If conditions permit, wide wires will not be thin for a long time; high-voltage and high-frequency wires should slide in the garden without sharp chamfers; no right angles should be used when turning. The ground wire should be as wide as possible, and it is best to use a large area of copper, which greatly improves the grounding problem. If the wire is too thin, and there is no copper in a large area without wiring, it is easy to cause uneven corrosion.
5. Pay attention to the number of vias, solder joints, and line density.
Although there are some problems in post production, they are caused by PCB design. If there are too many vias, the copper sinking process will bury hidden dangers if it is not careful; therefore, the vias should be minimized in the design. The density of parallel lines in the same direction is too high, and it is easy to connect during welding; therefore, the line density should be determined according to the level of welding technology.
