Painting requirements:

1. Paint thickness: The thickness of the paint film is controlled at 0.05mm-0.15mm. Dry film thickness 25um-40um.

2. Secondary coating: In order to ensure the thickness of products with high protection requirements, secondary coating can be performed after the paint film is cured (determine whether secondary coating is performed according to needs).

3. Inspection and repair: Visually inspect whether the coated circuit board meets the quality requirements, and repair the problem. For example, if the pins and other protected areas are stained with three-proof paint, you can use tweezers to clamp a degreased cotton ball or a clean cotton ball dipped in the washing board water to scrub them. When scrubbing, be careful not to wash off the normal paint film.

4. Replacement of components: After the paint film is cured, if you want to replace the components, you can do as follows:

(1) Directly weld the components with electrochromic iron, and then use cotton cloth dipped in board water to clean the surrounding material of the pads (2) Solder the replacement components (3) Use a brush dipped in a three-proof paint brush to coat the welding parts, and make the paint film Surface dry curing

Operational requirements: 1. The workplace of the three-proof paint is required to be clean and free of dust flying. There must be good ventilation measures, and irrelevant personnel are prohibited from entering.

2. Wear masks or gas masks, rubber gloves, chemical protective glasses and other protective equipment during operation to avoid harm to the body.

3. After the work is completed, the used tools should be cleaned in time, and the container with the three-proof paint should be closed and tightly covered.

4. Anti-static measures should be taken for the circuit board, and the circuit board should not be placed overlapping. During the coating process, the circuit board should be placed horizontally.

Quality requirements: 1. The surface of the circuit board of the circuit board factory should not have flowing paint or dripping phenomenon. When brushing paint, be careful not to drip into the partially isolated part.

2. The three-proof paint layer should be flat, bright, and uniform in thickness, so as to protect the surface of the pads, SMD components or conductors.

3. The surface and components of the paint layer should not have defects such as bubbles, pinholes, ripples, shrinkage cavities, dust and other foreign objects, no powdering, no peeling phenomenon, note: before the paint film is dry, do not touch the paint at will membrane.

4. Partially isolated components or areas cannot be coated with conformal paint.
