In terms of product structure, multi-layer boards account for most of the output value, but most of them are mid-to-low-end products with less than 8 layers. HDI, flexible boards, etc. have a certain scale, but in terms of technical content, they exist with foreign advanced products such as Japan. The gap, the IC substrate with the highest technical content is rarely produced by domestic companies.

The number of foreign-funded enterprises in my country only accounts for 10% of the number of PCB enterprises in my country, but the output value accounts for two-thirds of my country's PCB industry. The products of Chinese enterprises are concentrated in the middle and low end, and there are few international famous brands in the industry enterprises.

World-renowned PCB companies, including PCB companies in the United States, Japan, Europe, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, have all established factories in mainland China. After several years of painstaking operation, some companies have entered the top 100 PCB industry rankings in mainland China, such as Eleanor, Huiya, Nanya, Redboard, Merui, Shengde, Hushi, Lianeng, Huatong, Aote Si, Zixiang, Eton, Mingxing, Dingxin, Kehui, Deli, Jinghua, Weixin, Songwei, Tenghui, Yifeidian and other enterprises, their output value in 2013 was 500 million-3.6 billion yuan respectively , they have made positive contributions to the development of China's PCB industry
